A new look for donate.chat
donate.chat has a new design. Tips are chat messages, so the site now looks like chat: rounded message bubbles, a warm paper background, and big Unbounded headings.
New logo
The new mark is a violet chat bubble answered by a small orange tip bubble. Orange is Vipps orange, and across the site it now only shows up where money moves: tip amounts, pay buttons and totals.
New pages
The website got a full rebuild. There are new pages for payouts, alerts, overlays and pricing, plus an FAQ, step-by-step guides and this changelog.
Light and dark
The site follows your system's light or dark setting on your first visit. Pick the other one with the theme toggle and we'll remember it.
What stays the same
How tips work hasn't changed. Viewers still pay with Vipps, the money still goes straight to your own Vipps account, and we still take 0% of your tips. The price is the same too: 89 kr/month.
